The second prize (“Second Prize”) awarded to the Second Prize Winner will consist of: twenty five thousand dollars ($25,000) to be awarded as a check or in some other form as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion.

The estimated retail value (“ERV”) of the First Prize is twenty five thousand dollars ($25,000). The ERV of the Second Prize is twenty five thousand dollars ($25,000).
