Eligibility : Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia, 18 years of age and older as of 4/18/11

Promotion Period : Begins at 12:01p.m., Eastern Time (“ET”), April 18, 2011 and ends at 11:59 p.m., ET, September 30, 2011

Limit : There is a limit of one (1) entry per week per Participant, per household using only one email address throughout the Sweepstakes Period.

Prize (s) :

WEEKLY PRIZES: The following prizes will be awarded weekly during the twenty-four (24) weeks of the Sweepstakes Period: One (1) Weekly First Prize will be awarded for a total of twenty four (24): an iPod shuffle (2GB) (twelve (12) to be awarded), Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $50.00 OR an iPod nano (8GB) (twelve (12) to be awarded), ARV: $150.00. Forty-One (41) Weekly Second Prizes will be awarded for weeks 1 – 23 and Fifty-Seven (57) Weekly Second Prizes will be awarded for week 24, for a total of one thousand (1,000): one (1) music song download from MediaTree, ARV: $1.29. Total ARV of all Weekly Prizes: $3,690.00. Music song download expires one year from the date issued. Weekly Second Prize winners will be required to create a customer profile at www.myfreetracks.com/truetrax to redeem their music song download code.

MONTHLY PRIZE: The following prize will be awarded monthly (one (1) prize/month during the six (6) months of the Sweepstakes Period for a total of six (6): A DJ Hero Party Bundle for the Playstation 3 Game System, ARV: $130.00 each. Total ARV of monthly prizes: $780.00.

GRAND PRIZE: The following prize will be awarded one (1) time during the entire Sweepstakes Period: One (1) iPad (16GB), ARV: $500.00. Total ARV of Grand Prize: $500.00.
