Eligibility : Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : Phase I, the Oceans of Treasure Sweepstakes, will begin on April 18, 2011 at 12:00 am ET and will end on May 30, 2011 at 11:59 p.m. ET (“Phase I Period”). Phase II, the Oceans of Treasure Game, will begin on June 1, 2011 at 12:00 a.m. ET and will end immediately after twenty (20) treasure chests are located or on June 30, 2011 at 11:59 p.m. ET, whichever occurs first (“Phase II Period”).

Limit : You may enter the Oceans of Treasure Sweepstakes (Phase I) four (4) times per day during the Phase I Period, regardless of method of entry, and may participate in the Oceans of Treasure Game (Phase II) during the Phase II Period until the twenty (20) treasure chests are located.

Prize (s) :

Oceans of Treasure – Phase I Sweepstakes Prizes:
THIRTY (30) GRAND PRIZES (five (5) per Weekly Entry Period): A Grand Prize bundle consisting of a Sony BRAVIA TV and a Netgear Push2TV™ HDTV Adapter. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”):  $1,299.98.

Oceans of Treasure – Phase II Game Prizes:
There are twenty (20) treasure chests that can be located during the Oceans of Treasure Game:  one (1) One Million Dollar ($1,000,000.00) treasure chest; two (2) One Hundred Thousand Dollar ($100,000.00) treasure chests; ten (10) Ten Thousand Dollar ($10,000.00) treasure chests; twenty-five (25) Five Thousand Dollar ($5,000.00) treasure chests; and one thousand nine hundred sixty-two (1,962) Sony VAIO laptop treasure chests (ARV: $800 each).  The Oceans of Treasure Game will end immediately after the twenty (20) treasure chests are located.  Only the entrants who locate the first twenty (20) treasure chests will be awarded prizes.  The One Million Dollar ($1,000,000.00) prize will be awarded in the form of a 40-year annuity to be paid in equal annual installments of one fortieth (1/40th) of the prize value per year for forty (40) years without interest.  Approximate present value of annuity of the prize:  $1,000,000 treasure chest – $485,000.00.
