Louie Comedy Club Sweepstakes

Eligibility : Only legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry are eligible to enter.

Promotion Period : Begins on June 1, 2011, at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on July 31,2011, at 11:59 p.m. ET

Limit : Limit one (1) entry per person and/or per e-mail address regardless of the method of entry.

Prize (s) :

One (1) Grand Prize is available.  The Grand Prize Winner (the “Winner”) will receive their choice of a trip for Two (2) to New York or Las Vegas plus $500 spending cash to attend a comedy show or special event of their choice.  The Grand Prize includes of (i) round trip coach airfare for the Grand Prize winner and one (1) guest between the major airport that is nearest to the Grand Prize winner’s residence and New York, New York or Las Vegas, Nevada (iii) two (2) nights’ hotel accommodations for the Grand Prize winner and his or her travel companion at the a hotel to be selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion (one [1] room, double occupancy); (iii) ground transportation between the hotel and the airport; and (iv) $500, in the form of a check, to attend a comedy show or special event of their choice.  The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is Four Thousand Seven Hundred Dollars ($4,700.00).

Winner List : To obtain a copy of any legally-required name of Winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Louie Comedy Club Sweepstakes, FX Networks 10201 W. Pico Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90035.  All such requests must be received by July 31, 2011.  Sponsor will respond within sixty (60) days of the receipt of your request.  These Official Rules will be posted on the Website.
