Suits Legal Life Sweepstakes

Eligibility : Open only to permanent, legal United States (“U.S.”) residents physically residing in one (1) of the fifty (50) U.S. or the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands and all other U.S. territories) who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and have reached the age of majority in their state of residence at the start of the Sweepstakes Period.

Promotion Period : Begins at 9:00 am ET on June 16, 2011 and ends at 11:59 pm ET on September 14, 2011

Limit : Limit one (1) Entry per day per person/email address during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method of entry.

Prize (s) :

GRAND PRIZE: There will be one (1) grand prize (“Grand Prize”) awarded to the Grand Prize Winner. The Grand Prize will consist of one hundred and twenty-five thousand dollars ($125,000) awarded as a lump sum payment in the form of a check made payable to the Grand Prize Winner or in another form subject to Sponsors sole discretion. The Grand Prize will be awarded on or about January 1, 2012. Estimated retail value of Grand Prize is one hundred and twenty-five thousand dollars ($125,000).

Winner List : For the name of the Grand Prize Winner, available after October 20, 2011, please send a postage paid envelope to: USA Network, Suits “Legal Life” Sweepstakes, 30 Rockefeller Plaza, 21st Floor, New York, NY 10112.
