Eligibility : Open only to individuals who are living within, and are legal residents of the United States (excluding new Jersey and Virginia) and who are at least 18 years or older (or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is greater) as of the time of their entry.

Promotion Period : Begins on 7/1/11 at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on 9/30/11 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET

Limit : You will automatically receive one (1) entry into the applicable Sweepstakes Weekly Drawing and one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes Grand Prize Drawing each time you use your Chevron and Texaco Personal Credit Card or your Chevron and Texaco Visa Credit Card (each hereinafter referred to as an “Eligible Credit Card”) to effectuate a purchase transaction (a “Qualified Transaction”) during the Sweepstakes Period.

Prize (s) :

Thirteen (13) Weekly Drawing prize winners will each receive a trip to his/her choice to anywhere in the United States. Weekly Drawing prize trip awarded as a $2,500 Travel Voucher and a $500 Visa Gift Card for each winner (Approximate Retail Value: $3,000 each) (each a “Weekly Drawing Prize”).

One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a $20,000 Travel Voucher and $5,000 awarded in the form of a check (together, the “Grand Prize”) (ARV: $25,000).

Winner List : Winner List requests will only be accepted after the Sweepstakes Period end date (listed in section 1 above).
