2011 Nationwide Tour Hawaiian Getaway Trivia Sweepstakes

Eligibility : Only open to permanent legal residents of the fifty (50) states of the United States, D.C. and Canada (excluding Puerto Rico and the province of Quebec), who are physically located and residing therein and who are 18 years of age or older as of August 4, 2011 and who possess a valid Social Security, personal tax I.D. number or Social Insurance Number issued by the appropriate government agency.

Promotion Period : Begins at 10:00:01 A.M. ET on August 4, 2011 and ends at 11:59:59 P.M. ET on November 3, 2011

Prize (s) :

One (1) Grand Prize (“GP”): A trip for two (2) to Honolulu, Hawaii to follow THE 25 from the Nationwide Tour in the Sony Open in January, 2012 (the “Trip”). GRAND PRIZE TRIP MUST TAKE PLACE JANUARY 9-15, 2012. NO DATE CHANGES WILL BE PERMITTED.
The Trip consists of:
Roundtrip coach air transportation for two (2) on a carrier of Sponsor’s choice from the major airport closest to winner’s residence in the continental U.S. to Honolulu; Hotel accommodations for seven (7) days / six (6) nights (double occupancy; room rate and tax only); Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) spending cash (for the winner only); Car rental for the duration of the trip; Two (2) credentials to attend the Sony Open in the Oceanside Skybox hospitality venue located on the 17th green, including food and beverages; Two (2) passes to attend the Sony Open Movie Premiere on Tuesday, January 10, 2012 at the Ward Theatre; Two (2) Sony Open logo golf shirts and/or aloha shirts; Two (2) Sony Open logo caps; One (1) caddie bib or pin flag with signatures from some of Nationwide’s Top 25; a meet-and-greet with Nationwide Tour player(s);
Approximate Retail Value [“ARV”] of the Grand Prize is Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty Six Dollars and Ninety-Eight Cents ($9,926.98 USD).

Forty two (42) Weekly Sweepstakes Prizes (three (3) prizes per Weekly Sweepstakes): Each Weekly Sweepstakes prize consists of one (1) Golf Channel visor, one (1) Golf Channel towel, one (1) sleeve of golf balls, (1) Nike Glove, (1) Golf Channel aluminum water bottle .
ARV of each prize is: $62.00 USD ($2,604.00 USD TOTAL)
