Eligibility : Offered only to legal United States residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older, established at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : Starts on August 15, 2011 at 12:00 A.M., Central Time (“CT”) and ends on October 30, 2011 at 11:59:59 P.M. CT.

Limit : Each Entrant may enter the Sweepstakes a maximum of five (5) times per day during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of the number of e-mail addresses used.

Prize (s) :

A.) Weekly Prizes (1,300): Each Weekly Prize is one (1) age-appropriate Scholastic® book. No more than 1,300 Weekly Prizes will be awarded. ARV: $10.00 each for each Weekly Prize, $13,000 total for all Weekly Prizes.

B.) First Prize (400): Each First Prize is a Buddig® backpack. No more than 400 Weekly Prizes will be awarded. ARV: $12.99 each for each First Place Prize, $5,196 total for all First Place Prizes.

C.) Grand Prize (5): Each Grand Prize is Scholastic® book library plus a Buddig® backpack filled with school supplies. No more than 5 Grand Prizes will be awarded. ARV: $192.99 for each Grand Prize, $964.95 total for all Grand Prizes. All books awarded in this Sweepstakes are paperbacks and will be awarded on an age-appropriate basis as indicated by Weekly Prize Winner in his/her age entry.

Winner List : For winners’ list (including first names and list initial, city and state), send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Make A Sandwich and A Story Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 251328, West Bloomfield, MI 48325. All requests must be received by November 31, 2011.
