Rapunzel’s Royal Celebration Sweepstakes

Eligibility : Open only to persons who are not minors (as defined by state of primary residence, “Minor”), have a valid US Passport upon entering and are legal residents of, and physically located within, the Territory.

Promotion Period : Beginning at 12:01 A.M., August 8, 2011, and ending at 11:59:59 P.M., August 21, 2011

Prize (s) :

One (1) GRAND PRIZE: An up to five (5) day / four (4) night trip for winner and three (3) guests (individually, “Guest”) (collectively, “Group”) to London, England (“City”), on Sponsor-selected dates (“Trip”) to attend Rapunzel’s royal celebration into the Disney Princess family at Kensington Palace, October 2, 2011 (“Celebration”). The Trip will consist of the following elements for the Group: [1] hotel accommodations at a Sponsor-selected hotel (one standard room/quad occupancy, including room tax) for up to four (4) nights; [2] a $500 Disney Gift Card for use in the Territory for the winner only; [3] a VIP visit to the Oxford Street Disney Store in the City to participate in the store opening ceremony; [4] admission into Celebration ceremony and all festivities; [5] a privately chauffeured tour of Disney’s London to see famous sights from Disney stories; [6] ground transportation while in City including, but not limited to, hotel/Celebration transfers; [7] round-trip coach air transportation on a Sponsor-selected carrier between a Sponsor-selected major metropolitan airport near winner’s residence (“airport of origin”) and a Sponsor-selected airport in or near the City; [8] airport/hotel transfers and [9] $2,000 spending money (awarded as a check).  Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $10,500
