Fisher-Price Animal Sounds Video Contest and Sweepstakes

Eligibility : To participate in this Promotion, you must be: (i) a legal resident of one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia; (ii) at least the age of majority in their state of residence (which is eighteen (18) in most states but is nineteen (19) in Alabama and Nebraska and twenty-one (21) in Mississippi) at time of entry; and (iii) and the parent or legal guardian of a child between the ages of one (1) and five (5) years old at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : Begins on or about 12:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on August 1, 2011, and ends at 11:59 PM ET on November 30, 2011

Limit : Five (5) Contest Entries per person and per email address during the Promotion Entry Period.

Prize (s) :

Grand Prize: One (1) “Grand Prize” will be awarded in connection with the Contest. Grand Prize winner will receive the following Grand Prize package: (i) a trip for Grand Prize winner and three (3) guests (one (1) of which must be the child in the winning Contest Entry) to East Aurora, New York and a guided visit to Fisher-Price’s headquarters; (ii) a photo shoot for the child featured in the winning Contest Entry held at Fisher-Price’s headquarters in East Aurora, NY; (iii) an opportunity for one or more of the photos from the photo shoot to potentially be featured on Little People product packaging, website and or marketing and promotional materials (in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion); (iv) a Ten Thousand Dollar ($10,000.00) cash prize awarded in the form of a check made payable to the Grand Prize winner, and (v) a Fisher-Price Animal Sounds Zoo toy and potentially other products, in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. The trip consists of: (i) round trip coach air transportation for four (4) (i.e., Grand Prize winner, child depicted in the Contest Entry and two (2) other individuals) from the major U.S. airport gateway nearest winner’s residence selected by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion to Buffalo, New York (if Grand Prize winner resides more than 200 miles from Buffalo, NY) not to exceed $2,000.00; (ii) one (1) standard hotel room for two (2) nights at a hotel selected by Sponsor, in its sole and absolute discretion, not to exceed $210.00 per night; and (iii) Six Hundred Seventy Dollars ($670.00) awarded in the form of a check for meals, ground transportation and other expenses, to be used at Grand Prize winner’s discretion. The Approximate Retail Value (the “ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $13,200.

First Prize: There are ten (10) “First Prizes” that will be awarded in connection with the Contest. Each First Prize winner will receive one (1) Zoo Talkers 2011 Line Prize Pack (ARV: $100).

Each winner of the Sweepstakes will receive one (1) Animal Sounds Safari Truck (ARV $23).
