GAME PRIZES (400 are available to be awarded in the Game): Each Game Prize consists of $5.00 in Mattel Cash

SWEEPSTAKES PRIZES

First Prize (1): The First Prize consists of a trip (“Trip”) for four (4) people on winner’s choice of any scheduled 7-night Caribbean cruise (“Cruise”) aboard a Royal Caribbean International vessel (excluding Allure of the Seas) which departs from a Continental U.S. port city (“Departure Port City”). The Trip includes the following: (i) roundtrip (“R/T”) economy class airfare for First Prize winner and three (3) travel companions from the major U.S. gateway airport nearest the winner’s hometown to the major airport nearest the Departure Port City, (ii) Cruise (subject to Cruise details specified below and onboard meals (as detailed in the applicable Royal Caribbean Cruise brochure), (iii) one (1) night deluxe hotel accommodations (quadruple occupancy) in the Departure Port City (only if deemed necessary at the sole discretion of the Sponsor), and (iv) a check in the amount of $10,000 made out to the First Prize winner.
Second Prize (1): The Second Prize consists of a check in the amount of $10,000 USD.

Third Prize (1): The Third Prize consists of a check in the amount of $7,500 USD.

Fourth Prize (6): Each Fourth Prize consists of one (1) 16 GB Apple® iPad® 2* with 3G capability plus an UNO® app. The ARV of each Fourth Prize is $545.83 USD (total ARV for the Fourth Prizes is $3,274.98 USD).

Fifth Prize (6): Each Fifth Prize consists of one (1) 8 GB Apple® iPod Touch®* plus an UNO® app. The ARV of each Fifth Prize is $280 USD (total ARV for the Fifth Prizes is $1,680 USD).

Winner List : For an Official Winners List (available after 11/1/11), or a copy of these Official Rules, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: THE “UNO® Play, Enter, Win Sweepstakes” (please specify Official Winners List or Official Rules), PO Box 56436, Sherman Oaks, CA, 91413 to be postmarked no later than 11/1/11.
