Eligibility : Open only to residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older as of the last day of the month prior to the date of entry.

Promotion Period : Begins 8:00:00 PM ET on 8/28/11 and ends 11:59:59 PM ET on 6/30/12

Prize (s) :

(1) Grand Prize: Winner will receive a $5,000 check.

(10) First Prizes (one per Monthly Entry Period): Each winner will receive a $500 check.

Winner List : The names of the First Prize winners will be posted online at www.Contest-dentureliving.com periodically throughout the program. The name of the Grand Prize winner will be posted online beginning on/about 8/3/12, or after the winner has been verified. The winner list will remain posted through 8/24/12.
