We were at TGIF on Sunday and our waitress was Teneeshi and it was store #0116 in Albany, N.Y. Teneeshi was very friendly and very accommodating. The food was very good as usual. We come to TGIF quite often as there are 7 of us and your booths are very large. For some reason the air conditioner was on and Teneeshi asked the manager to turn in off a couple of times because we were cold. I think it was broken and the air came on instead of the heat.
