Eligibility : Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : Begins on November 19, 2011 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on December 18, 2011 at 11:59 p.m. ET

Prize (s) :

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A trip for two (2) to Park City, UT. Trip package includes round trip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major commercial airport near winner’s home in the 50 U.S./D.C. (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Salt Lake City, UT; three (3) nights’ standard accommodations at the St. Regis Hotel (single room, double occupancy); ground transportation to and from airport and hotel; two screening (2) tickets per day for the Sundance film festival (valid for 1 film per day, chosen at Sponsors’ discretion); two (2) VIP access passes for Sundance Film Festival; and two (2) ski lift tickets to a local Park City ski resort (does not include equipment rental).
