Radio Disney’s New Year, New Resolutions Sweepstakes

Eligibility : Open to anyone 16 years of age or younger who is a legal resident of, and physically located within, the 50 United States or D.C. (“Territory”).

Promotion Period : Commencing at 3:00:00 A.M., January 14, 2012, and ending at 3:00:00 P.M., January 26, 2012

Limit : Regardless of method of Entry and whether one person has more than one Address / Cell Phone Number or more than one person use the same Address / Cell Phone Number, only one (1) On-line Entry per person per Day is permitted (a maximum of thirteen (13) entries per entrant during the Term); only one (1) SMS Entry per person per Day is permitted (a maximum of thirteen (13) entries per entrant during the Term); and only one (1) On-air Super Entry (equal to 100 entries) per person per Day is permitted (a maximum of thirteen hundred (1,300) entries per entrant during the Term). However, only one method of Entry is permitted each Day.

Prize (s) :

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE Winner will win $2,012 for themselves and $2,012 for their BFF to make their resolution come true. The Grand Prize consists of the following elements: [1] $4,024 in the form of a check for the Winner. The Winner has the opportunity to share $2,012 of his/her winnings to a friend/relative of Winner’s choosing. There are no other prizes. Approximate retail value (“ARV”): $4,024.

Winner List : For name of Winner, send a self-addressed, stamped #10 envelope to: “NEW YEAR, NEW RESOLUTIONS” Sweepstakes, c/o Radio Disney, 500 S. Buena Vista. St. Burbank, CA 91521. Winner’s name will also be posted at www.radiodisney.com.
