Grill Mayor of 2012 Contest

Eligibility : Open only to legal residents of the contiguous United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii and its territories, possessions and commonwealths) who are 21 years of age or older.

Promotion Period : Beginning at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on May 21, 2012 until 4:59 p.m. ET on July 31, 2012 (the “Promotion Period”)

Limit : Limit of one (1) entry per eligible person and/or e-mail address, per day, during the Promotion Period.

Prize (s) :

The one (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a trip for two (2) to New York City to include: (i) round-trip coach airfare for winner and one (1) guest to New York City from a major airport near Grand Prize Winner’s home, in the lower 48 United States; (ii) three (3) days and two (2) nights first-class hotel accommodations (double occupancy) (room and tax only); (iii) $100 Food Network Store gift card; (iv) Food Network Grilling Cookbook; (v) Omaha Steaks grilling kit; (vi) assortment of Grill Mates products; (vii) dinner for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest at a Food Network’s chef restaurant in New York City; (viii) two (2) VIP access passes to a premier New York City barbeque festival; and (iv) tour of the Food Network kitchens in New York City. Total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize: $5,000.
