Syfy 31 Days of HalloweeNYC Fly Away Sweepstakes

Eligibility : Open only to permanent, legal United States (“U.S.”) residents who are physically residing in one (1) of the forty-eight (48) continental U.S. or the District of Columbia (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands and other U.S. territories, and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and the age of majority in their state of residence as of the start of the Sweepstakes Period.

Promotion Period : Begin on October 1, 2012 at 12:01 AM ET and end on November 1, 2012 at 11:59 PM ET (“Sweepstakes Period”).

Limit : You may enter only once per day for a total of thirty one (31) Entries per person/email address during the Sweepstakes Period.

Prize (s) :

There will be one (1) prize (“Prize”) awarded to Winner. Prize will consist of a trip for Winner and one (1) guest (“Guest”) to New York City (“Trip”). Trip includes: 1) round-trip coach class domestic air transportation for Winner and Guest from a major U.S. gateway airport near Winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion) to a major gateway airport in or near New York City (“NY Airport”) (as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion); 2) hotel accommodations for three (3) nights (standard room, double occupancy) in a hotel in or near New York, NY (“Hotel”) (as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion); 3) round trip ground transportation for Winner and Guest between the NY Airport and Hotel; 4) front row seating for Winner and Guest along the route of the annual Halloween parade scheduled to take place on October 31, 2013 in the Greenwich Village area in New York, NY (“Parade”); and 5) full Halloween makeover for Winner and Guest provided by Spirit Halloween. Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of Prize is two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500).
