Eligibility : Open only to persons, who are, as of Entry, eight (8) years of age or older, legal residents of, and physically located within, the 50 United States or D.C., (collectively, “Territory”).

Promotion Period : Commencing at 12:01 A.M., September 24, 2012, and ending at 11:59:59 P.M., October 31, 2012 (“Entry Period”)

Limit : Entries are limited to one (1) Entry per person/Address per day (regardless of method of Entry or whether one person has more than one Address or more than one person use the same Address).

Prize (s) :

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE a six (6) day / five (5) night trip for winner and three (3) guests (individually, “Guest”) (collectively, “Group”) to Walt Disney World® Resort near Orlando, Florida (“Resort”) on December 4-9, 2012 for the opening day of Fantasyland (“Opening”) (dates subject to change in Sponsor’s sole discretion), consisting of the following elements (“Trip”): [a] hotel accommodations (one standard room/quad occupancy, including room tax) for five (5) nights; [b] four (4) 6-Day Magic Your Way Tickets with Park Hopper® Option and Water Park Fun & More Option; [c] a Disney Gift Card with a value of one thousand dollars ($1000), [d] if winner’s residence is located more than two hundred fifty (250) miles from Resort, round-trip coach air transportation on a Sponsor-selected carrier between a Sponsor-selected major metropolitan airport near winner’s residence (“airport of origin”) and Orlando International Airport; but if winner’s residence is located two hundred fifty (250) miles or less from Resort, then round-trip ground transportation via a Sponsor-selected method between winner’s residence and the hotel and [e] airport/hotel transfers if air transportation is provided. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $6,820.84
