Create America’s Next Favorite Flavor Contest

Eligibility : Open to legal U.S. residents currently residing in any of the 50 U.S. or D.C., 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : Begins at 12:00:01 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on November 1, 2012 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on November 30, 2012 (the “Contest Period”).

Limit : There is a limit of one (1) Entry per person during the Contest Period.

Prize (s) :

RUNNER-UP FINALIST PRIZES (10): Each Runner-Up Finalist will receive a free year of Baskin-Robbins ice cream, awarded as $260 in Baskin-Robbins Gifts of Joy (Gift Certificates). The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Runner-Up Finalist Prize is $260.

FINALIST PRIZES (10): Each Finalist will receive a free year of Baskin-Robbins ice cream, awarded as $260 in Baskin-Robbins Gifts of Joy (Gift Certificates). The ARV of each Finalist Prize is $260.

GRAND PRIZE (1): The Grand Prize winner will receive a four (4) day / three (3) night trip for two (2) to Los Angeles, CA, and the opportunity to have his/her Scoop Creation produced as part of the Baskin-Robbins product line. Sponsor reserves the right to determine whether or not the winning Scoop Creation will be produced and marketed to the general public and if produced, for what timeframe the creation will remain in market. All aspects of the production of the Scoop Creation are in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Trip includes round trip coach class air transportation from the airport nearest the winner’s home city to Los Angeles, CA, three (3) nights hotel accommodations (Sponsor selected standard room, double occupancy), car rental for four (4) days, a tour of the Baskin-Robbins training center and a meet and greet with the Baskin-Robbins team at the training center (based on availability) and $1,000 spending money, awarded in the form of a check made payable to winner. The ARV of the Grand Prize is $4,300.
