3M Take the Hearing Pledge Sweepstakes

Eligibility : Open to all legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age and older at the time of entry (except residents of NE and AL must be 19 years of age and older at the time of entry).

Promotion Period  : Begins 12:01:00AM Central Standard Time (“CST”) on November 15, 2012 and ends at 11:59:59 PM CST on December 31, 2012 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

Limit : Limit one (1) Entry per person/per email address per day during the Sweepstakes Period.

Prize (s) :

A total of seven (7) Grand Prize Packages will be awarded– one package will be awarded each week of the campaign to a contestant who takes the online Hearing Pledge. Each Prize Package contains:
One (1) Apple® iPod Touch. ARV: $199.00.
One (1) pair of 3M Peltor™ E-A-R buds. ARV: $30.00.

A total of seven (7) Second Prize Packages will be awarded– one package will be awarded each week of the campaign to a contestant who takes the online Hearing Pledge. Each Prize Package contains:
One (1) pair of 3M Yellow Neon or Pistonz earplugs. ARV: $2.00.
One (1) 3M NI-100 noise indicator. ARV: $47.00.

Winner List : For an official list of the winners, or to receive a copy of these Official Rules, send a self addressed stamped envelope in a separate first class stamped envelope to: 3M “Take the Hearing Pledge” Sweepstakes Win List Request, c/o Heidi Wight, Padilla Speer Beardsley, 1101 West River Pkwy, Suite 400, Minneapolis, MN, 55415, to be received no later than December 31, 2012.
