Circle K/Polar Pop Summer of Fun Sweepstakes

Eligibility :Offered and open to persons who at all times during the Sweepstakes Period: (a) are legal residents of Kentucky, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, or Missouri; (b) are at least 18 years old; and (c) possess a valid driver’s license at the date of entry and have the ability to acquire auto insurance.

Promotion Period : Entrants may enter the Sweepstakes between 12:00:01 a.m. EST on May 4, 2011, through 11:59:59 p.m. EST on August 2, 2011

Prize (s) :

GRAND PRIZE: One (1) entrant (the “Grand Prize Winner”) will receive one (1) model year 2011 Jeep® Wrangler® Unlimited Sahara® promotional vehicle, driven by Sponsor throughout the relevant territory to promote the Sweepstakes (the “Grand Prize”). Approximate retail value of the Grand Prize was $35,765 (Thirty-Five Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty-Five U.S. Dollars).

WEEKLY PRIZES: Twelve (12) total entrants (one (1) entrant for each of the first
twelve (12) weeks of the Sweepstakes Period) (“Weekly Prize Winners”) will be selected from the total
eligible entries received during each respective week of the Sweepstakes Period to each receive one (1)
prize (“Weekly Prize”) as set forth below:
i. Entries received May 4th – May 11th: On or about May 18th, one (1) entrant will
be selected to win two (2) regular tickets to the Chicago Air & Water Show viewing party at North Beach
along Lake Shore drive, Chicago, IL on August 21st, 2011, having an approximate retail value of $400
(Four Hundred U.S. Dollars), and one (1) $100 (One Hundred U.S. Dollar) Circle K gift card.
Transportation, airfare, parking, and lodging are not included. The total approximate retail value of this
prize is $500 (Five Hundred U.S. Dollars).
ii. Entries received May 12th – May 18th: On or about May 25th, one (1) entrant will
be selected to win four (4) VIP tickets to the Rascal Flatts concert at the First Midwest Bank
Amphitheater in Tinley Park, Illinois on June 25, 2011, having an approximate retail value of $400 (Four
Hundred U.S. Dollars), and one (1) $100 (One Hundred U.S. Dollar) Circle K gift card. Transportation,
airfare, parking, and lodging are not included. The total approximate retail value of this prize is $500
(Five Hundred U.S. Dollars).
iii. Entries received May 19th – May 25th: On or about June 1st, one (1) entrant will
be selected to win lodging for two (2) adults and two (2) children for three (3) days and two (2) nights at
the participating hotels listed on Exhibit A and subject to the restrictions set forth on Exhibit B, having an
approximate retail value of $400 (Four Hundred U.S. Dollars), and one (1) $100 (One Hundred U.S.
Dollar) Circle K gift card. Reservations required and subject to availability. Transportation, airfare, and
parking are not included. The total approximate retail value of this prize is $500 (Five Hundred U.S.
Dollars).
iv. Entries received May 26th – June 1st: On or about June 8th, one (1) entrant will be
selected to win two (2) grandstand tickets for the Brickyard 400 at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway on
July 31st, 2011, having an approximate retail value of $200 (Two Hundred U.S. Dollars), and one (1)
$100 (One Hundred U.S. Dollar) Circle K gift card. Transportation, airfare, parking, and lodging are not
included. The total approximate retail value of this prize is $300 (Three Hundred U.S. Dollars).
v. Entries received June 2nd – June 8th: On or about June 15th, one (1) entrant will
be selected to win two (2) regular tickets to the Chicago Air & Water Show viewing party at North Beach
along Lake Shore drive, Chicago, IL on August 21st, 2011, having an approximate retail value of $400
(Four Hundred U.S. Dollars) and one (1) $100 (One Hundred U.S. Dollar) Circle K gift card.
Transportation, airfare, parking, and lodging are not included. The total approximate retail value of this
prize is $500 (Five Hundred U.S. Dollars).
vi. Entries received June 9th – June 15th: On or about June 22nd, one (1) entrant will

the participating hotels listed on Exhibit A and subject to the restrictions set forth on Exhibit B, having an
approximate retail value of $400 (Four Hundred U.S. Dollars), and one (1) $100 (One Hundred U.S.
Dollar) Circle K gift card. Reservations required and subject to availability. Transportation, airfare, and
parking are not included. The total approximate retail value of this prize is $500 (Five Hundred U.S.
Dollars).
vii. Entries received June 16th – June 22nd: On or about June 29th, one (1) entrant will
be selected to win four (4) one-day adult admission tickets to Cedar Point Amusement Park located at 1
Cedar Point Drive, Sandusky, Ohio 44870-5259, having an approximate retail value of $187.96 (One
Hundred Eighty-Seven U.S. Dollars and Ninety-Six Cents), and one (1) $100 (One Hundred U.S. Dollar)
Marathon gift card. Transportation, airfare, parking, and lodging are not included. The total approximate
retail value of this prize is $287.96 (Two Hundred Eighty-Seven U.S. Dollars and Ninety-Six Cents).
viii. Entries received June 23rd – June 29th: On or about July 6th, one (1) entrant will
be selected to win four (4) one-day adult admission tickets to Kings Island located at Kings Island Drive,
Mason, Ohio 45040, having an approximate retail value of $143.96 (One Hundred Forty-Three U.S.
Dollars and Ninety-Six Cents), and one (1) $100 (One Hundred U.S. Dollar) Shell gift card.
Transportation, airfare, parking, and lodging are not included. The total approximate retail value of this
prize is $243.96 (Two Hundred Forty-Three U.S. Dollars and Ninety-Six Cents).

Christmas Boulevard, Santa Claus, Indiana 47579, having an approximate retail value of $171.80 (One
Hundred Seventy-One U.S. Dollars and Eighty Cents), and one (1) $100 (One Hundred U.S. Dollar)
Circle K gift card. Transportation, airfare, parking, and lodging are not included. The total approximate
retail value of this prize is $271.80 (Two Hundred Seventy-One U.S. Dollars and Eighty Cents).
x. Entries received July 7th – July 13th: On or about July 20th, one (1) entrant will be
selected to win lodging for two (2) adults and two (2) children for three (3) days and two (2) nights at the
participating hotels listed on Exhibit A and subject to the restrictions set forth on Exhibit B, having an
approximate retail value of $400 (Four Hundred U.S. Dollars), and one (1) $100 (One Hundred U.S.
Dollar) Circle K gift card. Reservations required and subject to availability. Transportation, airfare, and
parking are not included. The total approximate retail value of this prize is $500 (Five Hundred U.S.
Dollars).
xi. Entries received July 14th-July 20th: On or about July 27th, one (1) entrant will be
