Eligibility : Open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States (including District of Columbia) who are at least eighteen (18) years old with a valid U.S. driver’s license at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : Begins on April 1, 2011 at 12:00:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends on September 5, 2011 at 11:59:59 p.m. PT

Prize (s) :

ELEVEN (11) FIRST PRIZE SWEEPSTAKES PRIZES (1 per Region): Each First Prize will consist of a 2012 Honda Civic LX Coupe, $5,400 to be applied towards taxes, and a $2,500 IZOD shopping spree awarded as a gift card valid for use on regularly priced items at all Macy’s locations. Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of First Prize: $25,900.

TWENTY (20) SECOND PRIZE SWEEPSTAKES PRIZES: Each Second Prize will consist of a trip for two (2) to Las Vegas, NV. Trip package includes round trip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Las Vegas, NV; three (3) nights’ accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy); a $250 gift card for winner to be used for meals; a $1,000 IZOD shopping spree awarded in the form of a gift card to winner valid for use on regularly priced items at all Macy’s locations; two (2) credentials to the IZOD IndyCar World Championships at Las Vegas; $1,500 in the form of a check made payable to winner that can be used towards taxes; and the opportunity to participate in the IZOD IndyCar World Championships at Las Vegas event and have a chance to win a 2011 Honda Civic LX Coupe. Total ARV of Second Prize: $6,000.
