Eligibility : Open to individual permanent legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older, and have reached the age of majority under the laws of the jurisdiction in which they reside, as of the beginning of the Sweepstakes.

Promotion Period : Begins at 12:00:00PM Eastern Time (“ET”) on September 27, 2011 and ends at 11:59:59AM (ET) on November 15, 2011

Limit : Limit one (1) Grand Prize entry and one (1) Weekly Prize entry per person and per email address per day during the Entry Period.

Prize (s) :

One (1) Grand Prize: 2012 Warriors in Pink Edition Ford Focus Hatchback automobile (“Vehicle”) with an Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of $28,000.

Seven (7) Weekly Prizes/One (1) Per Week: A prize package containing one (1) Reach for the Moon Tee, one (1) Warriors In Pink Tote bag, and one (1) 2011 Scarf. ARV of each Weekly Prize is $74.00.

Winner List : For the winner’s name (available after January 15, 2012), send a stamped, self-addressed envelope for receipt by 12/15/11 to: The Focus on Five Sweepstakes Winner, P.O.
