Eligibility : Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia (U.S.) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older, and who have a valid driver’s license, as of date of entry (“Entrant”).

Promotion Period : Begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on 1/6/11 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on 3/7/11

Limit : One (1) registration in total and one (1) Game play (that is, Entrant’s attempt to complete a challenge or correctly answer a question) (“Game Play”) daily per person/email address/mobile phone number throughout the Promotion Period

Prize (s) :

TWENTY-THREE (23) CHALLENGE/QUESTION DRAWING PRIZES – Each comprised of a trip for two (2) to a location in the 48 contiguous United States to be disclosed at the time of winner selection. Actual trip dates and location depend on where Ford Focus Rally America activities will take place. Trip consists of roundtrip, coach air travel from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to a location to be determined; two (2) nights hotel accommodations (standard room, double occupancy), airport transfers, and a chance to attend and perhaps participate as part of one of the teams competing in Ford Focus Rally America (ARV of trip $2,000). Limit: One (1) Challenge/Question Drawing Prize per person or household.

CHALLENGE/QUESTION BONUS PRIZE(S): If the team to which Challenge/ Question Drawing Prize winner is assigned “wins” the Ford Focus Rally America event with the Challenge/Question Drawing Prize winner as part of their team (as determined by the sponsor/producer of the Ford Focus Rally America event in its sole judgment, the sponsor’s/producer’s decisions being final and binding in all respects), Challenge/Question Drawing Prize winner will also win a Bonus Prize of a 2012 Ford Focus (ARV/MSRP $28,000) (“Bonus Prize”). MSRP is based on the Manufacturers Suggested Retail Price of a base model 2012 Ford Focus. Up to five (5) Bonus Prizes will be available to be won by Challenge/Question Drawing Prize winners, but not all Challenge/Question Drawing Prize winners will have the opportunity to participate as part of a Ford Focus Rally America team for a chance to win the Bonus Prize of a 2012 Ford Focus. IF A CHALLENGE/QUESTION DRAWING PRIZE WINNER DOES NOT RECEIVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO PARTICIPATE AS PART OF A FORD FOCUS RALLY AMERICA TEAM FOR A CHANCE TO WIN THE BONUS PRIZE, SPONSOR, ADMINISTRATOR AND PROMOTION ENTITIES SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY OF ANY KIND.
