Promotion Period : Commences at 12:00 PM CT on June 25, 2012 and ends at 12:00 PM CT on August 4, 2012, or while Codes (hereinafter defined) last (“Sweepstakes Period”).

Prize (s) :
Drawing No. 1 Grand Prize: This Winner will receive: (i) one (1) custom-painted Sleeping Dogs™ Motorcycle, with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $11,000; and (ii) $3,000, the (“Drawing No. 1 Grand Prize”). The total ARV of the Drawing No. 1 Grand Prize is $14,000.
Drawing No. 2 Grand Prize: This Winner will receive: (i) one (1) four person tent, with an ARV of $799.95; (ii) four (4) portable recliner chairs, with a total ARV of $238; (iii) one (1) cooler, with an ARV of $449.99; (iv) four (4) sleeping bags with a total ARV of $1,836.00; and (v) one (1) $1,000 gift card to a sporting goods store, with an ARV of $1,000 [Subject to terms and conditions of retailer gift card], the (“Drawing No. 2 Grand Prize”). The total ARV of the Drawing No. 2 Grand Prize is $4,323.94.
Drawing No. 3 Grand Prize: The two (2) Drawing No. 3 Grand Prize Winners will each receive: (i) one (1) Xbox® 4GB Kinect Console, with an ARV of $299.99; (ii) three (3) twelve (12) month Xbox LIVE® Gold Memberships, with an ARV of $179.88; (iii) one (1) wireless controller, with an ARV of $49.99; and (iv) one (1) wireless headset, with an ARV of $49.99, the (“Drawing No. 3 Grand Prize”). The total ARV of each Drawing No. 3 Grand Prize is $579.85. The total ARV of both Drawing No. 3 Grand Prizes is $1,159.70.
Drawing No. 4 Grand Prize: This Winner will receive: (i) two (2) T.G.I Friday’s® Gift Cards, with a total ARV of $600; (ii) fifty-two (52) coupons each valid for one (1) free bag of DORITOS® Tortilla Chips, up to a $4.29 value, with a total ARV of $223.08; (iii) one (1) 2013 Six Flags® Single Park Season Pass, with an ARV of $79.99; (iv) $720 in GameStop Gift Cards, with an ARV of $720; (v) $1,000 in downloadable music gift cards, with an ARV of $1,000 [Subject to the terms and conditions of gift card]; and (vi) $500 in concert event gift cards, with an ARV of $500, [Subject to terms and conditions of gift cards], the (“Drawing No. 4 Grand Prize”). Drawing No. 5 Grand Prize: This Winner will receive: (i) one trip for the Winner and one (1) guest of Winner (“Guest”) to attend the 2012 Spike Video Game Awards, currently scheduled to take place on or about December 2012 (“Event”), but subject to change in Sponsor’s sole discretion (subject to compliance with applicable law). The trip will include: (i) round trip coach class air transportation for Winner and Guest which shall originate from an airport of Sponsor’s choice near Winner’s primary residence to Event, with an ARV of $2,000; (ii) two (2) nights hotel accommodations in Event destination for Winner and Guest which will be one (1) room, based on double occupancy (meals, telephone calls, tips, gratuities, and other incidentals and costs are not included), ARV of $600 (iii) round trip ground transportation for Winner and Guest, to be taken together, between airport and hotel in destination, with an ARV of $200; (iv) round trip ground transportation for Winner and Guest, to be taken together, between hotel and Event, with an ARV of $400; (v) two (2) tickets to Event, with an ARV of $400; and (vi) two-hundred dollars ($200) a day cash for two (2) days for Winner , with an ARV of $400, the (“Drawing No. 5 Grand Prize”). The total ARV of the Drawing No. 5 Grand Prize is $4,000. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute ground transportation in lieu of air transportation if the Winner resides within 200 miles of Event destination and no compensation or substitution will be provided for the difference in Prize value. Winner and Guest must travel on the same itinerary (i.e. on the same flight or in the same vehicle if ground transportation is provided). The ARVs are subject to change based on current market conditions at time of Prize fulfillment and the time of travel and the distance between departure and destination. Any difference between the ARVs and the actual values, if any, will not be awarded. The Winner of this Prize must be 21 years of age or older at time of Prize participation. If the Winner has not reached the age of 21 at time of Prize participation, a Prize equal to the cash equivalent of this Prize, $4,000, will be awarded in lieu of the Prize as specified herein. All tickets (i.e., airline and Event tickets are subject to terms and conditions specified thereon. All details for the Prize shall be determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Winner and Guest are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents.
Drawing No. 6 Grand Prize: This Winner will receive one (1) prize consisting of: (i) a Luxury Included® stay for two (2) adults (ages 18 and over) and two (2) children (age 15 and under), OR (ii) at the Grand Prize Winner’s option, four (4) adults (ages 18 or over) to one (1) of the three Beaches Resorts located in Turks & Caicos or Jamaica (“Destination”), but subject to change in Sponsor’s sole discretion. These Beaches Resorts include:

The trip will include: (i) round trip coach class air transportation for Winner and Guest which shall originate from an airport of Sponsor’s choice near Winner’s primary residence to Destination provided by Sponsor; (ii) round trip ground transportation for Winner and Guest, to be taken together, between designated airport and Beaches Resort in Destination; (iii) three (3) nights resort accommodations in Destination for Winner an Guest, which will be either one (1) or two (2) deluxe rooms, at Sponsor’s sole discretion; (iv) Beaches Resorts is a luxury all-inclusive destination so prize also includes all meals, including unlimited gourmet dining (but not specialty on premises meals, or off premises dining) and unlimited premium brand beverages; (v) daily and nightly entertainment; (vi) all land and water sports including scuba diving (for certified divers), snorkeling, (vii) on-resort tips, gratuities and resort taxes (specialty dining, telephone calls, internet, tours and excursions, spa treatments and services, scuba certification courses, inter-island transportation, island departure taxes, purchases made at Beaches Resorts specialty shops, off resort tips, gratuities, and other incidentals and costs are not included) collectively the (“Drawing No. 6 Prize”). The total ARV of the Drawing No. 6 Prize is $ $7,000 to $10,000.
