Eligibility : Open to legal residents of the 50 United States & DC who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (or of legal age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older) at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : Begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on 10/28/11 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on 4/28/12

Enter At : hometownthrowdown.ufc.com

Limit : There is a limit of one (1) Sweepstakes entry per person, per household and per email address per day.

Prize (s) :

One (1) Grand Prize: Grand Prize Package consists of a three (3) day/two (2) night trip for four (4) to a UFC event (selected by Sponsor) and a 2012 Harley-Davidson® motorcycle of winners choice, not to exceed $24,699, from a list provided by Sponsor. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of trip and motorcycle: $42,199.

One (1) First Prize: Six (6) tickets to a UFC event closest to winner’s primary residence (as designated by Sponsor in its sole discretion) and a $500 gift card redeemable for UFC merchandise on ufcstore.com. ARV: $4,000.

One (1) Second Prize: Four (4) tickets to a UFC event closest to winner’s primary residence (as designated by Sponsor in its sole discretion) and a $250 gift card redeemable for UFC merchandise on ufcstore.com. ARV: $2,000.

One (1) Third Prize: Two (2) tickets to a UFC event closest to winner’s primary residence (as designated by Sponsor in its sole discretion) and a $100 gift card redeemable for UFC merchandise on ufcstore.com. ARV: $1,000.

Winner List : For the names of the winners, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope for receipt by 6/29/12 to: Harley-Davidson “Hometown Throwdown” Winners, P.O. Box 13199, Bridgeport, CT 06673-3199.
