History Biker Battleground: Phoenix Sweepstakes

Eligibility : History Biker Battleground: Phoenix Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia) who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : The Sweepstakes begins at 9:30 am Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) on May 17 and ends at 11:59 p.m. EST on July 8, 2014 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

Limit :  Limit of one (1) Entry in total per person throughout the Sweepstakes Period,

Prize (s) :

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded: Grand Prize Winner will receive full ownership of the Bike. Grand Prize Winner must have a valid U.S. driver’s license issued in his/her state of residence to take delivery of the Bike. All federal, state and local taxes on Grand Prize will be paid for by Sponsor. Any unspecified expenses, including without limitation any costs of obtaining title or registration for the Bike, arising from acceptance and use of the Grand Prize will be solely the responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner; however, Grand Prize will include delivery of the Bike to Grand Prize Winner’s home. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize is $86,000.
