Eligibility : Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (“U.S.”) who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry and who, as of August 1, 2012, own an Infiniti automobile and have a valid driver’s license.

Promotion Period : Begins on August 1, 2012 at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on 11:59:59 p.m. ET, October 31, 2012 (the “Promotion Period”)

Prize (s) :

INSTANT WIN PRIZES:
Two Hundred Fifty-five (255) “Instant Win Prizes”:
One Hundred Eighty (180): a two-year Infiniti Maintenance Service Plan*, Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $400 each.
Fifty (50) $75 Infiniti Accessory vouchers, and Twenty Five (25) $100 Infiniti Accessory vouchers.

SWEEPSTAKES PRIZES:
One Grand (1) Prize: Winner’s choice of ONE of the following: A 2013 Infiniti M37 sedan, ARV: $49,835; or a 2013 Infiniti JX (4WD) sport utility vehicle, ARV: $49,650; or a 2013 Infiniti G37 Convertible, ARV: $49,690;
One (1) First Prize: Winner’s choice of two (2) tickets to a 2013 Formula One Race in winner’s choice in ONE of six (6) countries: (Britain, Spain, Canada, Australia, Monaco, United States [New Jersey/New York]), OR two (2) tickets to Cirque du Soleil in either Los Angeles, California or New York, New York Trip will include round trip coach air travel for two (2) from a commercial airport (for Formula One Race trip, international airport, if applicable) near winner’s residence in the 50 U.S./D.C. to the destination city selected, 6 nights’ accommodations (one standard double occupancy room), two (2) event tickets and $2,500 spending money which may be used for meals and incidentals. First Prize ARV: $10,000. First Prize winner may choose to receive a cash prize of $7,500 (awarded as a check) instead of either trip prize option.
