Jeep Winter Sweepstakes

Eligibility : Participating entrant must be 18 years of age or older and a legal resident of the 50 United States (includes the District of Columbia) at time of entry.  Jeep Winter Sweeps is void where taxed, restricted, or prohibited by law.

Promotion Period : Between 12:01 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) on January 20, 2009 and 11:59 p.m. CT on April 30, 2009 (the “Promotion Period”)

How To Enter : To enter the Jeep Winter Sweepstakes, visit www.jeepwintersweeps.com, complete an Official Online Entry Form, including your name, address (no P.O. boxes will be accepted), daytime phone number, email address, date of birth, accept the Official Rules and Chrysler’s Privacy Policy, and click “submit”

Limit : Limit one (1) entry per person/authorized e-mail account holder.

Prize (s):

One (1) Grand Prize:  2009 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited 4×4 Sahara and one (1) Rossignol Ski and Snowboard Package.  Vehicle portion of the Grand Prize includes:one (1) 2009 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited 4×4 Sahara Vehicle.  Make and model to be determined solely by the Sponsor.  Vehicle packages andinterior color to be determined solely by the Sponsor.  Grand Prize winner may have the opportunity to select the exterior color of the vehicle from color choices as provided solely by the Sponsor and Chrysler.  Prize does NOT include as part of the prize vehicle options, taxes, fees, title costs, registration, and insurance.  Vehicle awarded to a California, Massachusetts, New York, or Vermont resident will include required emissions equipment.  Grand Prize winner must have a valid driver’s license, and satisfy applicable proof-of-insurance laws to take delivery of Prize, as well as take delivery at a location designated by the Sponsor.  The Sponsor will not provide and specifically disclaims any warranties other than the standard written warranty statement provided with the vehicle.  Ski and Snowboard portion of the Grand Prize includes: one (1) Retox Board, one (1) set of HC2000 Bindings, one (1) pair of Crank Boa V1 boots, one (1) pair of S5 Skis, one (1) set of SAS 120 bindings, and one (1) pair of SAS 110 boots.  The Approximate Retail Value of the Grand Prize is $31,584.

The name of the Grand Prize winner may be obtained by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope postmarked by July 6, 2009 to: Jeep Winter Sweepstakes Winner List, c/o GMR Marketing LLC, 5000 South Towne Drive, New Berlin, WI 53151.
