Eligibility : Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, age thirteen (13) or older, who are U.S. citizens. Eligible minors should obtain the permission of their parents or legal guardians prior to participating in this Contest.

Promotion Period : Registration for the program begins at 6:00 PM Eastern Time (“ET”) on October 15, 2011 and ends at 6:00 PM ET on November 18, 2011 (“Registration Period”). The Challenges are scheduled as follows: (i) the first Challenge will begin on November 1, 2011 at 12:00 PM ET and end on November 18, 2011at 6:00 PM ET (“First Challenge”); the second Challenge (for those qualifying as detailed below) will begin on November 8, 2011 at 12:00 PM ET and end on November 18, 2011 at 6:00 PM ET (“Second Challenge”); and the third Challenge (for those qualifying as detailed below) will begin on November 15, 2011 at 12:00 PM ET and end on November 18, 2011 at 6:00 PM ET (“Third Challenge”).

Prize (s) :

The “Grand Prize” consists of: A trip for winner and one (1) travel companion to Rio de Janeiro approximately from December 7, 2011 to December 11, 2011. The trip consists of:  (i) round-trip, coach class air transportation from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner’s residence to designated location; (ii) two (2) consecutive nights standard hotel accommodations (one (1) room, double occupancy, room and tax only) in the Rio de Janeiro-area; (iii) a tour of Rio de Janeiro;, (iv) a trip to Paraty with two (2) consecutive nights’ accommodations in the house where the Picture was shot; (v) a boat tour (selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion); (vi) the 2012 Volvo S60 R-DESIGN automobile used in the Picture; (vii) and ground transportation to/from winner’s place of residence, airport, hotel and activities (exact activities and overall trip itinerary to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion).   Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize: $$54,814.  The accommodations at the house in Paraty may/will be shared with other individuals who are winners of other promotions organized and promoted by Sponsor and/
