4 First Prizes: Each First Prize (one for each of the four Designated Market Regions) will consist of one 2009 Yamaha FX SHO WaveRunner watercraft with trailer. Approximate Retail Value of each First Prize: $13,349. Approximate Retail Value of all four First Prizes: $53,396. The depiction of the watercraft in any advertising or promotional materials may not reflect the actual watercraft delivered to the winner. If the winner resides in Alaska, he/she will receive a check from Sponsor in the amount of $13,349 in lieu of the 2009 Yamaha FX SHO personal watercraft

4 Second Prizes: Each Second Prize (one for each of the four Designated Market Regions) will consist of “Four Sets of Tires for the Life of Your Car” for which the winner will receive four gift certificates, with each certificate redeemable for one set of four Mastercraft tires. Number of certificates is based on the life expectancy of an average vehicle. Approximate Retail Value of each Second Prize: $2,000. Approximate Retail Value of all four Second Prizes: $8,000.

60 Third Prizes: Each Third Prize (awarded without any specific allocation among the Designated Market Regions) will consist of one $100 Bass Pro Shop Gift Card, redeemable for online purchases, catalog orders, and purchases made at Bass Pro Shops retail stores. Approximate Retail Value of each Third Prize: $100. Approximate Retail Value of all 60 Third Prizes: $6,000.
