Eligibility : Nexcare Sun N Fun Sweepstakes is open to all legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age and older at the time of entry (except residents of Nebraska and Alabama, who must be 19 years of age and older).

Promotion Period : The Nexcare Sun N Fun Sweepstakes starts at 12:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST) on May 20, 2009 and ends at 11:59:59 AM CST on September 20, 2009.

How To Enter : You may enter the Nexcare Sun ‘N Fun Sweepstakes by accessing the following Sponsor’s internet website: www.nexcare.com/sunnfun clicking on the “Enter Sweepstakes” tab.

Limit : Limit one entry per person, per e-mail address per day.

Prize (s):

One (1) Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a Sun ‘n Fun Bike Package consisting of four Trek bikes (actual model number to be determined by Sponsor), four bike helmets and an accessory package. Grand Prize Approximate retail value (ARV): $3,000.

One (1) First Prize: One (1) First Prize winner will receive a Sun ‘n Fun Backyard Fun package consisting of a Weber Genesis grill (actual model number to be determined by Sponsor), one volleyball/badminton set, one Frisbee golf set, one horseshoe set, and one bocce ball set. First Prize ARV: $1,155.

Five (5) Second Prizes: Five (5) Second Prize winners will each receive an American Express Gift Check in the amount of $100.00. Second Prize ARV: $100.00 each.
