Peak Stock Car Dream Challenge Sweepstakes

Eligibility : To enter the Sweepstakes and to be eligible to win, an entrant (“Entrant”) must: (i) be a legal resident of one of the 50 United States or Washington, D.C.; (ii) be at least 18 years of age on or before the beginning of the Sweepstakes Period; and (iii) comply with the terms and conditions of these Official Rules.

To enter the Contest and to be eligible to win, an entrant (“Entrant”) must: (i) be a legal resident of one of the 50 United States or Washington, D.C.; (ii) be at least 16 years of age on or before the beginning of the Contest Period; and (iii) comply with the terms and conditions of these Official Rules. (iv) In addition to the above requirements, an Entrant must be in excellent physical condition, have a valid driver’s license and meet all of the physical and other requirements to participate in the Richard Petty Driving Experience race car driving programs (the “Richard Petty Driving Experience” or “RPDE”) including the ability to climb into a race car through a 15″ high by 30″ window that sits 36″ from the ground and wear a driving suit between the sizes of small and triple extra-large. Promotion Period : The Sweepstakes Period will begin on February 18, 2014 at 12:00 am Central Time and will end on April 30, 2014 at 11:59 pm Central Time (the “Sweepstakes Period”).  The Contest Period will begin on February 18, 2014 at 12:00 am Central Time and will end on April 30, 2014 at 11:59 pm Central Time (the “Contest Period”).

Sweepstakes :

A total of 118 prizes (“Prize(s)”) will be awarded to 118 prize winners (“Prize Winner(s)”) at the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period in five (5) categories as follows:

(a) One (1) Grand Prize (the “Grand Prize”) will be awarded to one (1) Grand Prize Winner (the “Grand Prize Winner”) in the form of a 2014 Toyota Highlander® (with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $30,470.

(b) One (1) First Place Prize (“First Place Prize”) will be awarded to one First Place Prize Winner (“First Place Prize Winner”) in the form of an iRacing Driving Simulator (ARV$5,000).

(c) One (1) Second Place Prize (“Second Place Prize”) will be awarded to one Second Place Prize Winner (“Second Place Prize Winner”) in the form a PEAK VIP Racing Experience Package for Two to a Stock Car Race in Chicago in September, 2014 (ARV $2,000). The Second Place Prize will include: event tickets; pit access (subject to Prize Winner’s compliance with all applicable sanctioning body and track rules and regulations); meet & greet access; round trip coach airfare; airport transfers; hotel accommodations for two nights; and meals for two persons.

(d) Fifteen (15) Third Place Prizes (“Third Place Prize(s)”) will be awarded to 15 Third Place Winners (“Third Place Prize Winners”) each in the form of a Richard Petty Driving Experience gift card (ARV $490 each).

(e) One Hundred (100) Fourth Place Prizes (“Fourth Place Prize(s)”) will be awarded to 100 Fourth Place Prize Winners (“Fourth Place Prize Winners”) each in the form of a one (1) year membership to iRacing.com (ARV $100 each).

Contest :

A total of 19 prizes (“Prize(s)”) will be awarded to 18 prize winners (“Prize Winner(s)”) at the conclusion of the Contest Period in two (2) Prize categories as follows:

(a) eighteen (18) First Place Prizes (“First Place Prize(s)”) will be awarded to 18 First Place Winners (“First Place Winner(s)” or “Top Drivers”) each in the form of an opportunity to participate as a Top Driver in a one (1) to three (3) day Richard Petty Driving Experience program to be held from June 9, 2014 through June 11, 2014 at the RPDE facility in Charlotte, North Carolina (each First Prize having an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $3,000). Each First Place Prize will include: one (1) to three (3) days of on-track experience and competition in multiple talent evaluation modules; round trip coach airfare airfare; airport transfers; four nights lodging; meals and a PEAK-branded racing fire suit and helmet.

(b) On the last day of the RDPE program, on or about June 11, 2014, one (1) Grand Prize (the “Grand Prize”) will be awarded to one (1) Grand Prize Winner (the “Grand Prize Winner” OR “PEAK Stock Car Dream Driver”), from amongst the First Prize Winners/Top Drivers remaining on the last day of the RPDE program . The Grand Prize shall be in the form of an opportunity to become the next PEAK Stock Car Dream Driver and compete as a competitively licensed driver in a PEAK-sponsored stock car in a sanctioned race of Sponsor’s choosing in the Summer or Fall, 2014 (ARV $12,000). The Grand Prize shall include: an enhanced Richard Petty Driving Experience training session, in addition to the one (1) to three (3) day program described above; coach airfare; airport transfers; lodging and meals. NOTE: Winning the Grand Prize and being selected as the PEAK Stock Car Dream Driver does not guarantee that the PEAK Stock Car Dream Driver will be granted a competition license or that the PEAK Stock Car Dream Driver will qualify for or be selected for an actual seat in any sanctioned race.
