Eligibility : The Shell V-Power Fuel My Passion Contest & Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) is open to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia who are physically located and reside in the United States or District of Columbia and are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry (“Eligible Participant”). Void in Puerto Rico, Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey and Virginia and where prohibited.

Promotion Period : The Shell V-Power Fuel My Passion Contest & Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 AM Pacific Time (PT) on September 8, 2009 and ends 11:59:59 PM PT on November 3, 2009 (the “Promotion Period”).

How To Enter : Go to Shell.us/FuelMyPassion and follow the instructions.

Limit : There is a limit of one entry per person per category during the Entry Period.

Prize (s):

Contest Prizes:
Five (5) Grand Prizes (one (1) per category): Shell V-Power gasoline for one (1) year – awarded as $2,000 in Shell Gift Cards. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $2,000/ea.
Ten (10) Finalist Prizes (awarded to remaining 2 Finalists per category): A $250 Shell Gift Card. ARV: $250/ea.
Total ARV of all Contest prizes: $12,500.

Sweepstakes Random Drawing Prize:
One (1) Sweepstakes Prize: A 2010 Harley-Davidson Fat Boy Lo motorcycle. ARV: $16,299.00.

Winners : For the names of the Winners, available after 12/3/09, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope by 12/3/09, to: Shell V-Power Fuel My Passion Winners, P.O. Box 913, Bethpage, NY 11714-0913.
