Eligibility : Open only to permanent legal residents of the fifty (50) states of the U.S. and D.C., who are physically located and residing therein, and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of December 1, 2010

Promotion Period : Begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on December 22, 2010, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on February 28, 2011

Prize (s) :

One (1) Grand Prize: Prize package consists of the following four components: (i) A 2011 Ford Fiesta with SYNC® The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the vehicle is Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00). Grand Prize Vehicle (“Vehicle”) will be delivered with standard equipment, not to exceed the value of $20,000. Any upgrades, color, package, factory options, other options are at the sole expense of the winner. Sponsor and Sweepstakes Administrator do not make, nor in any manner are responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the Vehicle including but not limited to its quality, fitness for purpose or mechanical condition. Grand Prize winner must have proof of a valid U.S. driver’s license from his/her state or place of residence in the United States to take delivery of Vehicle; failure to show same may result in prize forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner. Winner will be responsible for all optional equipment, title, license, insurance and registration fees required in claiming the Vehicle, applicable taxes, as well as, all other expenses relating to the use of Vehicle, including any travel and transportation costs associated with collecting the Vehicle. All other costs not specifically stated herein as being awarded are the responsibility of the winner. Winner will be provided instructions to obtain his/her Vehicle at a local Ford dealership determined in conjunction with the winner and Sponsor. Winner must take delivery of Vehicle within 30 days of notification that dealership has received Vehicle. As a model year progresses, changes may occur in some of the specifications, features, optional equipment and pricing. The manufacturer reserves the right to make such changes. Optional equipment may vary by region. Delivery of Vehicle subject to manufacturer, distributor and dealer manufacturing, production and delivery schedules. Ford, Sponsor and Sweepstakes Administrator are not responsible for any delay in the production of this Vehicle or restrictions regarding available equipment. Winner will be required to show proof of insurance prior to taking delivery and pick up Vehicle as directed by Sponsor. No cash alternative, substitution or transfer of prize permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value if announced prize becomes unavailable. (ii) A trip for winner and one (1) guest to Los Angeles, CA (“L.A.”) on Sponsor-selected dates and the opportunity for a walk-on role to a Sony Pictures Production (the “Role”). This component of Grand Prize consists solely of: Round-trip coach air transportation for winner and one (1) guest between an airport in or near L.A. and a major airport near the winner’s home (airports chosen at Sponsor’s sole discretion); two (2) nights hotel accommodations (one room – double occupancy); ground transportation in L.A. between the airport and hotel upon arrival and departure and between the hotel and the Role; and opportunity for winner to have a walk on role in a Sony Production. Winner and guest must travel on designated days to coincide with the Role, which will be determined at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Details of the trip and Role will be provided by the Sponsor at a reasonable time prior to travel. Winner will receive no compensation for Roll. If, for whatever reason, the Role is cancelled or rescheduled or if Sponsor, in its sole discretion, decides to not use winner in Role, no compensation will be paid in lieu of any cancelled, rescheduled or abandoned role event. No responsibility is assumed by the Sweepstakes Entities for rescheduling, delay, postponement or cancellation of the Role, in whole or in part. In the event of rescheduling or postponement of the Role, trip may (at Sponsor’s sole discretion) be rescheduled and the winner must travel at the new times and dates determined at Sponsor’s sole discretion or forfeit prize. Grand Prize details, including, but not limited to, role event, are at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Trip must be taken by December 31, 2011. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of this component of the Grand Prize: $4,000 US.; (iii) A trip for winner and one (1) guest to a Lee DeWyze Concert: This component of Grand Prize consists solely of: Round-trip coach air transportation for winner and one (1) guest between an airport in or near selected concert city and a major airport near the winner’s home (airports chosen at Sponsor’s sole discretion); one (1) night hotel accommodations (one room – double occupancy); ground transportation in concert city between the airport and hotel upon arrival and departure and between the hotel and the concert; and two (2) tickets to a Lee DeWyze concert during his 2011 Tour. Winner and guest must travel on designated days to coincide with the concert, which will be determined at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Details of the trip and concert will be provided by the Sponsor at a reasonable time prior to travel. If, for whatever reason, the concert is cancelled or rescheduled, no compensation will be paid in lieu of any cancelled or rescheduled concert. No responsibility is assumed by the Sweepstakes Entities for rescheduling, delay, postponement or cancellation of the concert, in whole or in part. In the event of rescheduling or postponement of the concert, trip may (at Sponsor’s sole discretion) be rescheduled and the winner must travel at the new times and dates determined at Sponsor’s sole discretion or forfeit prize. Grand Prize details, including, but not limited to, concert selection, are at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of this component of the Grand Prize: $3,000 US. and (iv) A PlayStation Bundle This component of Grand Prize consists solely of: a PlayStation 3, PSP GO, the MOVE package, and 3D Bravia Television (ARV: $3,299 US). Total Prize Value: $30,299

Box 8022, Westport, CT 06888. All Official Rules requests must be received during the Sweepstakes Period and all winner’s list requests must be received by March 14, 2011.
