Eligibility : This Sweepstakes is offered and open to persons who are: (a) “Registered Users”; (b) legal residents of one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or District of Columbia; and (c) at least 18 or age of majority in their state of residence whichever is older, with a valid driver’s license at the date of entry in this Sweepstakes.

Promotion Period : The Promotion begins on April 6, 2010 at 12:00:00 PM PT and ends at 5:00:00 PM PT on May 31, 2010 (the “Promotional Period”).

How To Enter : To enter this Sweepstakes go to cbs.com/thegoodwife on the CBS Service during the Promotional Period and follow the instructions to complete the Sweepstakes entry form

Limit : Limit two entries per person during the Promotion Period.

Prize (s):

One (1) Grand Prize shall be awarded in this Sweepstakes that consists of: a 2010 Buick LaCrosse with an MSRP of Thirty-Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Forty Dollars ($39,840.00); a three (3) night trip for two to New York City, NY, including one (1) dinner, spending money and a set visit to “The Good Wife” TV show. Total approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is Forty Three Thousand Eight Hundred Forty Dollars ($43,840.00)

Winners : For the name of the Grand Prize Winner send a self addressed stamped envelope for receipt by June 30, 2010 to “Winner’s list The Good Wife Case Files Sweepstakes” c/o CBS Interactive Inc., 1401 W. Cypress Creek Rd., Suite 200, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309.
