Eligibility : The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia (U.S.) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older, as of date of entry (“Entrant”).

Promotion Period : The Win Brad’s Chevy promotion (“Promotion”) begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on 6/7/10 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on 7/23/10 (“Promotion Period”).

Prize (s):

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: The Grand Prize will consist of the following two (2) elements:

1. 1) Winner’s choice of one (1) of the following 2011 Chevrolet vehicles: Camaro, Silverado, Malibu, Traverse and Equinox – The ARV of selected vehicle may not exceed $47,150. ; and
2. 2) Trip for two (2) to the winner’s choice of any Fall U.S. Tour stop of the Brad Paisley H2O Tour 2010 – Trip consists of round-trip, coach air travel for two (2) from the major commercial airport nearest winner’s residence to the major commercial airport nearest the selected tour venue, two (2) nights hotel accommodations (room & tax only, based on double occupancy), two (2) tickets to the selected concert, local ground transportation between the destination airport, hotel and concert venue and $200 cash (ARV $3,500).

Total ARV of prize in Promotion shall not exceed $50,650.
