2009 Better Men Better World Search Contest

Eligibility : The 2009 Better Men Better World Search Contest (the “Promotion”) is only open to nominators and nominees who are legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia and are at least 18 years old as of the date of entry

Promotion Period : 2009 Better Men Better World Search Contest begins 9:00:01 AM ET on June 16, 2009 and ends 9:01:01 AM ET on August 13, 2009, when all entries must be received (“Promotion Period”).

Prize (s):

Nominee Grand Prize: a $10,000 donation to the 501C3 accredited charity of the winner’s choice (subject to Sponsor’s approval), $2,000 cash for the winner to spend as he/she wishes, one (1) $1,000 Nautica Gift Card (may be subject to certain restrictions including expiration date), two (2) coach airfare tickets from the major commercial airport nearest winner’s primary residence in the US to New York City, one (1) standard hotel room (double occupancy) for two (2) nights at a hotel selected by Sponsor, admission for grand prize winner and guest to attend The 2009 Gentlemen’s Ball in New York on October 28, 2009, and at Sponsors discretion, winner may be featured in an upcoming issue of GQ. The approximate retail value of the Nominee grand prize is $6,000, depending on exact itinerary.

Nominator Second Prize: a video camera (ARV $500), two (2) coach airfare tickets from the major commercial airport nearest winner’s primary residence in the US to New York City, one (1) standard hotel room (double occupancy) for two (2) nights at a hotel selected by Sponsor, and admission for second prize winner and guest to attend The 2009 Gentlemen’s Ball in New York on October 28, 2009.
