Ask.com NASCAR-Themed Trivia Challenge

Eligibility : The Ask.com NASCAR-Themed Trivia Challenge (the “Promotion”) is open to legal residents of the 50 United States (including District of Columbia) who are 18 years of age or older with a valid email address, who enter from within the 50 United States (including District of Columbia).

Promotion Period : The Ask.com NASCAR-Themed Trivia Challenge begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on February 9, 2009 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on July 31, 2009 (the “Promotion Period”).

How To Enter : To enter, visit asknascar.radweblive.com and follow the instructions.

Limit : Limit one (1) NASCAR®-themed Question of the Day Bonus Entry and (1) instant win game play per person/email address/Ask.com registration per day. You may also earn additional Promotion entries by referring friends to the site. Limit of one (1) additional Promotion entry or referred friend allowed per day.

Prize (s):

NINE (9) SEMI-FINALIST PRIZES (3 awarded in each Promotion Phase in a random drawing from among all eligible entrants): Each, a trip for two (2) to compete in the Ask.com NASCAR®-Themed Trivia Challenge Semi-Finals Contest, as well as attend a NASCAR®-sanctioned race. The trip packages include: (i) round-trip coach-class airfare for Semi-Finalist winner and one (1) guest from major airport selected by the Sponsor to the designated race market (designated race market to be determined at discretion of Sponsor); (ii) three-nights hotel accommodations (hotel to be determined at the discretion of Sponsor, in one (1) double occupancy room, excluding meals, room service, and other incidentals); (iii) ground transportation to and from the airport and hotel, and to and from the hotel and the race; (iv) VIP experience for two (2) at the track for Semi-Finalist winner and guest; (v) one (1) Ask.com premium racing package (package to be determined at the discretion of Sponsor); (vi) $500 cash to be awarded in the form of a corporate check to the Semi-Finalist winner only; (vii) two (2) race tickets to the NASCAR®-sanctioned race in that market, including Talladega Superspeedway, Lowe’s Motor Speedway, and Bristol Motor Speedway (seating solely at the discretion of the Sponsor); and (viii) a meet-and-greet with select drivers (based on the drivers’ schedules and availability and are to be determined at the discretion of Sponsor). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Semi-Finalist Prize is $5,970.

THREE (3) FINALIST PRIZES (to be awarded to the top eligible performer in each of the three Semi-Finals Contests): Each a trip for two (2) to compete in the Ask Finals Contest and attend the Dickies 500 at Texas Motor Speedway on November 6-9, 2009. The trip package includes: (i) round-trip coach-class airfare for Finalist winner and one (1) guest from major airport designated by the Sponsor to Dallas; (ii) three-nights hotel accommodations (hotel to be determined at the discretion of Sponsor, in one (1) double occupancy room, excluding meals, room service, and other incidentals); (iii) ground transportation to and from the airport and hotel, and to and from the hotel and the race; (iv) VIP experience for two (2) at the track for Finalist winner and guest; (v) one (1) Ask.com premium racing package (package to be determined at the discretion of Sponsor); (vi) $1,000 cash to be awarded in the form of a corporate check to the Finalist winner only; (vii) two (2) race tickets to the Dickies 500 race (seating solely at the discretion of the Sponsor); and (viii) a meet-and-greet with select drivers (based on the drivers’ schedules and availability and are to be determined at the discretion of Sponsor).  ARV of each Finalist Prize is $6,470.

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE (to be awarded to the winner of the Finals Contest subject to the Finals Contest Official Rules):  A $100,000 cash prize (awarded in the form of a corporate check) and trip for two (2) to NASCAR Sprint Cup Series™ Champion’s Week activities December 1-5, 2009 to be recognized as the Grand Prize winner. The trip portion of the Grand Prize includes: (i) round-trip first-class airfare for Grand Prize winner and guest from major airport designated by the Sponsor to the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series™ Champion’s Week location (location is to be determined based on NASCAR’s schedule); (ii) four-nights hotel accommodations  (hotel to be determined at the discretion of Sponsor, in one (1) double occupancy room, excluding meals, room service, and other incidentals); (iii) ground transportation to and from the airport and hotel and to and from hotel and activities; and (iii) two (2) admissions to select NASCAR® activities  (activities, schedule, seating, and all other details at the discretion of Sponsor).  ARV of the Grand Prize is $109, 270.

INSTANT-WIN PRIZES: One Thousand Seven Hundred Thirty (1,730) Instant-Win Prizes (approximately 10 per day awarded randomly among entrants who correctly answer the Question of the Day): Each prize is one (1) $30 gift certificate  to the NASCAR.COM Superstore.
