One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be selected at random from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period by the Administrator for this Sweepstakes on or about May 16, 2011 and will win a trip to the American Idol television show finale tentatively scheduled for May 25, 2011 and the opportunity to participate in the AT&T $10,000,000 event (“Event”).

The one (1) Grand Prize Winner will be given one (1) opportunity to win $10,000,000 or $10,000, as follows: the Grand Prize Winner will be given the opportunity to randomly select three (3) of fifteen (15) phones. One (1) of the 15 phones will display a text graphic reading “A” and two (2) of the 15 phones will display a text graphic reading “T”. The remaining 12 phones will contain a $10,000 text graphic. If the Grand Prize Winner selects the three (3) phones that display the text graphics “A”, “T” and “T,” respectively, he/she will win $10,000,000 in the form of a 40 year annuity, as described below in Rule 6. If the Grand Prize Winner selects any other combination of three (3) phones, he/she will win $10,000.

ONE HUNDRED (100) INSTANT WIN PRIZES will be awarded: An AT&T Mobile Phone. (Approximate Retail Value: $100 each). The particular phone awarded will be determined solely by Sponsor. Wireless service not included. ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE will be awarded: A trip for two (2) to the American Idol Finale in Los Angeles, CA on May 25-26, 2011. Prize consists of: Round-trip coach air transportation for winner and one (1) guest between major airport in U.S. nearest winner’s residence and Los Angeles, CA; hotel accommodations (one room-double occupancy) for 4 days/3 nights; ground transfers; two (2) tickets to the American Idol Finale; and the opportunity to participate in “Event” for a chance to win the $10,000,000 prize. The one (1) Grand Prize Winner will be given the opportunity to win $10,000,000 by successfully selecting the three (3) phones containing the text graphics “A”, “T” and “T”, as described above in Rule 2. If the Grand Prize Winner correctly selects all three (3) phones with the text graphics “A”, “T” and “T”, as described above in Rule 2, he/she will be awarded $10,000,000 in the form of an annuity over 40 years. (Present value of annuity: $5,200,000). If the Grand Prize Winner selects any other combination of three (3) phones, he/she will win $10,000.Annuity prize does not accrue interest. Terms and conditions of tickets apply. Hotel and seating at Finale is determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion, and additional terms and conditions may be provided to Grand Prize Winner in LA. Grand Prize Winner must be available to travel May 24-27, 2011, or prize trip and opportunity to win up to $10,000,000 will be forfeited. (Approximate retail value of trip portion: $4,500, actual value may vary depending on departure city.)
