Eligibility : The Sweepstakes is offered and open to legal residents of the United States (excluding California) and the District of Columbia who are at least twenty-one (21) years old.

Promotion Period : The promotional period begins on June 15, 2010 at 12:01 P.M. Eastern Time, and ends on August 15, 2010 at 12:00 P.M. Eastern Time (the “Promotional Period”;).

Prize (s):

There will be two (2) Grand Prizes, each consisting of the following:

* One (1) check payable to each of the two winners for Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars (US $2,500.00).
