Eligibility : The Game is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : The Game begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on September 2, 2010, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on November 23, 2010.

Limit : There is a limit of one (1) entry per day (each twenty-four (24) hour period beginning at 12:01:01 a.m. ET and ending at 11:59:59 p.m. ET during the Game Period) per entry method (in other words, an entrant could enter up to a maximum of three times in any day during the Game Period, once on-line, once via text message and once attending a game).

Prize (s):

Ten (10) First Prizes and one (1) Grand Prize will be awarded.

The First Prize consists of one (1) Philips 55″ class Full HD 1080p Digital HDTV. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) for the First Prize is $1,499.00.
The Grand Prize consists of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) cash awarded in the form of a check payable to the Grand Prize prize winner.
