Chocolate Adventure Recipe Contest

Eligibility : Chocolate Adventure Recipe Contest (“Contest”) is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older as of October 1, 2010.

Promotion Period : The Contest begins at 12:00:01 AM Pacific time on October 1, 2010 and ends 11:59:59 PM Pacific time on January 2, 2011 (“Entry Period”).

Limit : LIMIT TEN ENTRIES PER PERSON AND PER E-MAIL ADDRESS during the Entry Period, regardless of whether more than one person uses the same e-mail address.

Prize (s):

One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive $10,000. The Grand Prize winning recipe will be featured in Food Network Magazine and the winner will receive the opportunity to fly to New York York City to distribute the winning cupcake on one of the Sweet Trucks. The Grand Prize winner will also receive a special custom Scharffen Berger collection of products worth $250 at retail (No cash substitute option is offered). The Grand Prize recipes will be featured on ChocolateAdventureContest.com, on TuttiFoodie.com and on ScharffenBerger.com.

One (1) Second Place Prize winner will receive $7,000. The Second Place Prize winner will also receive a special custom Scharffen Berger collection of chocolates worth $250 at retail and a signed copy of The Essence of Chocolate, Demolition Desserts and Bittersweet (No cash substitute option is offered). The second-place recipe will be featured on ChocolateAdventure.com, on TuttiFoodie.com and on ScharffenBerger.com.

One (1) Third Place Prize winner will receive $3,000. The Third Place Prize winner will also receive a special custom Scharffen Berger collection of chocolates worth $250 at retail and a signed copy of The Essence of Chocolate, Demolition Desserts and Bittersweet (No cash substitute option is offered). The third-place recipe will be featured on ChocolateAdventure.com, on TuttiFoodie.com and on ScharffenBerger.com.

Winner List : A list of the prize winners will be visible on or about April 2, 2011 at www.ChocolateAdventureContest.com. Any mailed requests to receive the list of prize winners must be sent to TuttiFoodie Inc. at 1714 Franklin Street #100-280, Oakland, California 94612-3409 and must be accompanied by a stamped, self-addressed envelope.
