Eligibility : The Choice Hotels Take Home $25,000 Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal U.S. residents who are at 21 years of age or older.

Promotion Period : The Choice Hotels Take Home $25,000 Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 AM Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) August 31, 2009 and ends at 11:59 PM EST on October 4, 2009.

How To Enter : To enter the Sweepstakes, visit choicehotels.onlinepromo.com (the “Sweepstakes Website”) during the Sweepstakes Term and follow the instructions.

Limit : One (1) entry per person, regardless of method of entry.

Prize (s):

One (1) Grand Prize: $25,000 cash.

Three (3) First Prizes: A Choice Hotels “Weekend Getaway”, awarded as $2,000 cash and a $500 Choice Hotels Gift Card. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of First Prize: $2,500.

Fifty (50) Runner-Up Prizes: A Choice Hotels Gift Bag. ARV of Runner-Up Prize: $50.
