I absolutely love to cook and always wanted to be a good cook. I have over 200 hundred cook books, but I am still a disaster most of the time. What hurts me alot is when I cook and its still in the fridge for a week, or they look at the food and dosent say anything. My husband’s favorite comment is “what is that.” One day I hope my my church will have a soup kitchen for the homeless and I will be able to cook.

i’ve been cooking since i was 2 years old. i fell in love with cooking, 2 weeeks after i learned. i have been cooking ever since. one time, i thought i fell out of love with cooking, but then, i started working for a chef named Steve Jenkins and he showed me why i love cooking so much. the thought of being able to put a smile on someone’s face, just by making good food, to make old and young remeber the food that their grand parents made them, how it brings about conversation and memories of trips, parties, events that they shared as a family. thats why i love cooking.
