Eligibility : Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (and D.C.) and Canada who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. The Grand Prize Drawing is void in Quebec. A resident of Quebec cannot enter the Grand Prize Drawing.

Promotion Period : Begins April 1, 2012 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends September 30, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. ET

Limit : Each entrant may enter/play one (1) time per day, for a maximum of four (4) Sweepstakes entries into the applicable Sweepstakes Entry Period drawing, four (4) Instant Win Game plays and one (1) Grand Prize Drawing entry per day, during the Promotion Period.

Prize (s) :

Grand Prize Drawing: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize for the Grand Prize Drawing will be awarded. The exact prize for which an entrant is eligible depends on the Creative Presentation through which he/she entered. The Grand Prize for a potential winner who entered through this Promotion will be $10,000 USD. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $10,000 USD.

ONE THOUSAND (1,000) THIRD PRIZES: A Kikko-duck. ARV: $4 USD. FOUR HUNDRED (400) FOURTH PRIZES: An “Any 1” Kikkoman product coupon redeemable for a free product (terms and conditions apply). ARV: $4 USD. TWO HUNDRED (200) FIFTH PRIZES: A “Crank Up The Crunch” measuring cup. ARV: $1.50 USD.
