Eligibility : Curacaos Hidden Treasure Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 U.S. & DC & Canada (excluding residents of Quebec), 18 or older. Void in Quebec & where prohibited.

Promotion Period : Curacaos Hidden Treasure Sweepstakes begins 12:00 a.m. EST March 16, 2009, ends 11:59 p.m. ET May 23, 2009.

How To Enter : To enter, log on to www.curacaotreasure.com and follow the directions provided to enter the Curacaos Hidden Treasure Sweepstakes.

DAILY DRAWING SWEEPSTAKES PRIZE (70):
A trip for winner and a guest to Curacao. Trip consists of roundtrip, coach-class air transportation from a major gateway airport nearest winners residence to Curacao and five (5) days and four (4) nights’ standard hotel accommodations (one (1) room, double occupancy). Retail Value (ARV): US$3,000 each.

FINAL DRAWING SWEEPSTAKES PRIZE (10):
A trip for winner and a guest to Curacao on dates to be determined by Sponsor and the opportunity to participate in the Hunt for Curacaos Hidden Treasure (Grand Prize Event) (as described below and which may be filmed, photographed or recorded). This Grand Prize Event is only available to Final Drawing Sweepstakes Prize winners. Trip consists of roundtrip, coach-class air transportation from a major gateway airport nearest winners residence to Curacao and five (5) days and four (4) nights’ standard hotel accommodations (one (1) room, double occupancy). ARV: US$3,000 each.

GRAND PRIZE EVENT: A treasure hunt for Curacaos hidden treasure will be conducted on or about July or August 2009. Participants must follow the clues that lead them to a key; then, attempt to open the treasure chest with that key. The winner who obtains the key that unlocks the chest will be deemed the Grand Prize winner, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. Grand Prize Event rules and regulations will be provided by Sponsor at the Grand Prize Event. More than one key may be discovered, but only one (1) key will unlock the treasure chest. If more than one participant claims to have been the first to secure a key, Sponsors determination on who shall be deemed the finder of key will be final. All other decisions of Sponsor on treasure hunt will be final. Participants must follow all directions of Sponsor or they will be disqualified. The opportunity to participate in the treasure hunt may not be transferred and participation must be done without human or other assistance of any kind. Each winner will find a key and one (1) key will unlock the treasure chest. In the event the Grand Prize Event does not occur, the Grand Prize will not be awarded. In the event more than one key unlocks the treasure chest, Sponsor reserves the right to determine the winner in a random drawing from among all eligible participants whose key unlocked the treasure chest. Keys may not be transferred, removed from the Event or modified in any way.

GRAND PRIZE (1): US$500,000 (awarded as a check in the name of the winner). This prize will only be awarded if participant finds the key that unlocks the treasure chest and that participant complies with all terms and conditions set forth in these official rules.

For the names of the winners (available after June 15, 2009), send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Curacaos Hidden Treasure Winners, M&C Saatchi, 2032 Broadway Santa Monica, CA 90404, for receipt no later than July 15, 2009. Residents of Canada may omit return postage.
