Eligibility : Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry, who are the owner or owner-appointed representative of a small business with no more than twenty-five (25) employees and who did not purchase any equipment for the purposes of entering this Contest (the “entrant”).
Promotion Period : Begins on August 15, 2011 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”), and ends on October 16, 2011 at 11:59 p.m. ET

Limit : Each business may upload one (1) Submission during the Submission Phase.
Prize (s) :
ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: Up to $25,000 in Dell products pre-loaded with Windows® 7 Professional & Microsoft® Office Home and Business 2010 (awarded in a form determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); a $50,000 prepaid card from MasterCard (terms and conditions of card apply); and the opportunity to be featured in your own online reality show (Sponsor to determine details and timing for online reality show, winner must comply with Sponsor selected times and locations for online reality show filming, or opportunity will be forfeited in its entirety). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $75,000.
