Eligibility : In order to be eligible for entry into the Dollar General Shop & Win Millionaire Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”), you must be: a) a legal resident of one of the following United States: AL, AR, AZ, CO, DE, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MD, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, NE, NJ, NM, NY, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WI or WV, and b) 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Promotion Period : The Dollar General Shop & Win Millionaire Sweepstakes begins September 28, 2008 and ends December 15, 2008
Limit : Limit ten (10) Entries per Code per person/e-mail address per day for online entries.

GRAND PRIZE DETAILS: The $1,000,000 Grand Prize will be awarded as an annuity, payable in equal installments of $50,000 per year for twenty (20) years. The Grand Prize winner may opt in writing for a $585,000 lump sum payment instead of the twenty (20) year annuity. Any and all federal, state and local taxes on any prize are the winner’s sole responsibility.
