Once you’ve perfected your 30-second commercial, follow the instructions to properly complete the registration form, attach the video, and submit your entry for the Contest.

Contest Period.
Submission into the contest started at 12:00:00 pm (noon) CT on September 12, 2014 and you must submit your video by November 9, 2014 at 11:59:59 pm CT.

Open only to persons who have reached the age of majority in their country of residence who are legal residents of the following countries:

Participants also need to have a valid Google YouTube account.

Prizes.
TWENTY (20) SEMI-FINALIST PRIZES: From the thirty (30) semi-finalists announced, the twenty (20) Semi-Finalist Winners who are not selected as Finalist Winners will each be eligible to receive a semi-finalist prize consisting of $1,000 USD or the local currency equivalent for non-U.S. winners (awarded in the form of a wire transfer or check, payable to Semi-Finalist Winner, or where cash prizes are prohibited by law, the equivalent amount in gold or other form that is permissible). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Semi-Finalist Prize is $1,000 USD or the local currency equivalent for non-U.S. winners.

EIGHT (8) FINALIST PRIZES: From the ten (10) Finalists announced, the eight (8) Finalist Winners who are not selected as either the Grand Prize Winner or the First Prize Winner will each be eligible to receive a finalist prize consisting of $25,000 USD or the local currency equivalent for non-U.S. winners (awarded in the form of a wire transfer or check, payable to Finalist Winner, or where cash prizes are prohibited by law, the equivalent amount in gold or other form that is permissible) and a Game Trip Prize (defined below) for the verified Finalist Winner and one (1) eligible guest. Total ARV of each Finalist Prize (inclusive of Game Trip Prize) is $30,500 USD or the local currency equivalent for non-U.S. winners.

Game Trip Prize: The Eight (8) Finalist Winners, one (1) Grand Prize Winner and one (1) First Prize winner will receive a trip for the Game Trip Winner to attend Super Bowl XLIX scheduled to occur on February 1, 2015 in Glendale, Arizona. Each Game Trip Winner may bring one (1) guest who may watch the Game at a private Super Bowl XLIX party hosted by DORITOS® scheduled to occur on February 1, 2015 in Glendale, Arizona. For clarity, Guests will not receive a ticket to attend the Game. Game Trip Prize consists of round-trip coach air transportation for the Game Trip winner and his/her Guest from a major gateway airport near Game Trip Winner’s residence within their country of residence; five (5) nights double-occupancy hotel accommodations in or around Glendale, Arizona; one (1) ticket to the Game to watch the Game from the DORITOS® suite; one (1) admission for each Guest to the Game Party; and ground transportation to/from airport/hotel. Travel dates: January 28, 2015 – February 2, 2015. ARV of each Game Trip Prize: $5,500 USD.

ONE (1) FIRST PRIZE: The First Prize Winner will receive a prize consisting of the Game Trip Prize and $50,000 USD or the local currency equivalent for a non-U.S. winner (awarded in the form of a wire transfer or check payable to First Prize Winner, or where cash prizes are prohibited or limited by law, the equivalent amount in gold or other form that is permissible). ARV of First Prize (inclusive of Game Trip Prize) is $55,500.

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: The Grand Prize Winner will receive a prize consisting of the Game Trip Prize and $1,000,000 USD or the local currency equivalent for a non-U.S. winner (awarded in the form of a wire transfer or check, payable to Grand Prize Winner, or where cash prizes are prohibited or limited by law, the equivalent amount in gold or other form that is permissible). ARV of Grand Prize (inclusive of Game Trip Prize) is $1,005,500.
